Our custom products are made to order. In order to continually improve the design, quality and performance of our products, we reserve the right to change specifications without notice.
Order Confirmation and Processing Time
We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product delivery. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
The time we need to prepare a custom order for shipping varies for every individual item. For items in stock, we will need 7 to 10 days to sew their bags and process your order.
Shipping Policy
We offer two options for shipping: regular and express. Regular shipping can be delivered from 7 working days to a month, Express shipping 4 to 7 working days. The delivery time of the item may vary depending on your location or density. We are not responsible for delays after delivery of the order.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for instruments and accessories purchased from us. About our bags, it is your responsibility to let us know the exact size of your instrument when ordering. However, if you have any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
